DESCRIPTION
The goal is to have a system for our partners to find, underwrite, get under contract, and
help us close multifamily deals.
TWO TYPES OF ACQUISITION PARTNERS
1) A-Z SOURCING THE DEAL TO CLOSE

Compensation: 20% of the GP or MFI’s portion of the GP if working with other sponsors.
This person should do the following:

Source the Deals
-
Fully underwrite the deal in a spreadsheet that works with both MFI and our family office partners, this includes lending quotes & pm company interviews

Visit the property for due diligence with Sam before LOI
-
LOI & Contract
-
Help with EM & Inspection Costs
-
Set up Inspections and DD
-
Work with SEC Attorney
-
Work with local Attorney for PSA
-
Work with PM company to prepare for takeover
-
Work with contractors to help set up renovation & repairs to start after close
-
Help manage investor docs, portal, SEC reporting, FD

2) A-Z UNDERWRITING THE DEAL TO CLOSE (EVERYTHING BUT SOURCING THE DEAL)

Compensation: 10% of the GP or MFI’s portion of the GP if working with other sponsors.
